The Army Needs to Speed Up Efforts to Close Critical Capability Gaps
Given the severity of the critical capability gaps identified in the SPAR and the growing possibility of conflict with a high-end adversary, saving time is now a critical requirement for Army modernization programs. The no-risks, no mistakes acquisition culture must be challenged to change its ways if the Army is to address its critical capability gaps.
