George J. Gilboy

George J. Gilboy is a Senior Fellow at the MIT Center for International Studies. He is the coauthor, with Eric Heginbotham, of Chinese and Indian Strategic Behavior: Growing Power and Alarm (Cambridge University Press, 2012).
