James Brown

James Brown is the Military Fellow at the Lowy Institute. His research focuses on military issues and defence policy. He previously coordinated the Lowy Institute MacArthur Foundation Asia Security Project, which explored security cooperation in Asia. James also coordinates a project investigating the use of private military security companies in disaster and conflict zones.
