How the U.S. Will Pay for the Euro Crisis
Secretary Geithner is in Europe. He should be convincing Congress to act on the euro zone crisis before it's too late.
In other words, the message to Congress is that the question is not whether the United States will pay for the Euro crisis (it will) but how.
