As Italy prepares to hold the rotating presidency of the G20, it has a perfect opportunity to exercise a leadership role in developing international reforms needed to lead the global economic recovery through the post-pandemic era.

As Italy prepares to hold the rotating presidency of the G20, it has a perfect opportunity to exercise a leadership role in developing international reforms needed to lead the global economic recovery through the post-pandemic era. Essential to Italy’s success will be a determined effort aimed at working jointly with transatlantic partners to strengthen the global governance institutions in a rules-based order.
