As John Mankins observed, everything in space is changing. What we also need to recognize is space is changing everything else, as well. Our economies, our security, and our day-to-day experience on Earth will change as space becomes increasingly accessible and developed. As space evolves, our strategy and policies need to evolve with it, so that we can ensure space changes for the better.
