Something Is Wrong with Joe Biden

President Joe Biden is a grand master of gaffes and other embarrassing public displays.
For years, Biden was known as a man who forgot people’s names, misspoke, and often made racially charged comments.
During his time as vice-president, he added being creepy around married women and weird around young children to his bizarre repertoire.
Nowadays, as president, Joe Biden has introduced a new factor of being physically clumsy.
The octogenarian is clearly unwell.
But we are made to believe that everything is just fine. Biden’s defenders have even gone so far as to insist that everything we are witnessing is little more than a childhood stutter—and how dare any of you Right-wing bigots make fun of a man with a stutter.
Joe Biden is no longer just being weird in public at random. He’s being creepy—and even downright offensive—at very sensitive times for people at public events. It could be that he’s just a typical detached politician trying vainly to connect to us commoners. Or it could be signs of something darker being afoot.
Joe Biden Insults a Wounded Soldier
For example, during a trip to visit wounded troops early in his presidency, Biden apparently got testy with a wounded Marine, 24-year-old Sergeant Tyler Vargas-Andrews, after he and his mother were complaining to the commander-in-chief about how badly they were treated by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA). Biden snapped at the Marine (who had lost his limbs in combat), by demanding, “What do you want?!”
Taken aback, the wounded soldier was, at first, unsure of how to respond. He then simply said that he wanted to ‘be himself” again. Of course, he had lost his right arm, his left leg, and most of the fingers on his left hand and witnessed his friends’ deaths while in combat. Sergeant Andrews would never be the same again.
The soldier’s mother, however, was unmoved by the forty-sixth president’s presence and continued to defend her son in the face of the clumsy, disinterested president.
Biden’s handlers, who have a full-time job with this mentally absent president, attempted to do damage control by offering to assist the mother directly. According to the family of the soldier, though, nothing was done for him.
The White House subsequently ignored their plight.
But Biden’s rudeness to a recently wounded combat veteran and his worried mother was telling.
What should have been a solemn occasion where the nation’s commander-in-chief paid his respects to a young man who sacrificed so much for a government the forty-sixth president led—in a mission related to that president’s ongoing national security policy—was transmogrified into a sordid and insulting event, thanks to Biden’s loose lips.
Biden’s Awkward Consolation Speech
Similarly, President Biden had a bizarre turn as he was purportedly acting in his role as consoler-in-chief.
In March of last year, the forty-sixth president made a speech addressing the tragic events of the Covenant School Shooting, in which a former student who had identified as a transgender person, had attacked the Christian school and harmed many people there. Biden meandered down to the East Room of the White House, where the press corps was waiting for his statement.
“My name is Joe Biden,” his slurred statement began. “I’m Dr. Jill Biden’s husband. And I eat Jen’s ice cream—chocolate chip. I came down because I heard there was chocolate chip ice cream.” Biden concluded awkwardly.
After he was greeted with clearly uncomfortable laughs, Biden then awkwardly transitioned to addressing the Covenant School massacre.
Some at the time defended the president by arguing that he was clearly unsure of how to address the terrible events and was simply trying to soothe people.
It was still strange.
His behavior raised many questions that the White House did not want to address.
Namely, people were asking if something was wrong the president?
Of course, some of Biden’s critics took umbrage with the way he handled the entire Covenant School shooting.
After all, whenever a school shooting erupts, normally Democratic Party politicians can’t wait to discuss it and blame the attack on their two favorite targets: conservatives and guns.
But because the shooter was a proud member of the trans community, and the shooter had made clear connections between his action at the Christian Covenant School and his reasons for taking those actions in a manifesto that the shooter wrote on the eve of his death during the attack, Biden critics were quick to pounce on the president’s awkwardness.
The critics took Biden’s strange behavior in public as a sign that the president didn’t want to talk about a politically awkward situation. They did this especially after Biden mocked the Right by huffing that “Christians weren’t targeted” in the attack. I would argue they were.
Joe Biden’s Creepy Behavior Around Women and Children
Biden’s behavior gets weirder when around young people.
For example, in October 2022, the president spoke with a young California teenager. He looked over and quipped, “No serious guys until you’re 30.” Most people around the president did not know how to respond except to chuckle uncomfortably.
At a gathering of the National Education Association, the largest teacher’s union in the country, Biden stated that he and a much younger woman “go way back.” Stumbling over whatever the joke was supposed to be, Biden concluded with the bizarre statement, “She was 12 and I was 30, but anyway. This woman helped me get an awful lot done.”
What does that even mean?
What We Have Here is Something Weird
There’s something amiss about Joe Biden’s public behavior.
The snapping at grievously wounded Marines, the oddly sexual way he addresses women and teenage girls in public, and the way that he makes odd jokes during national tragedies that are just off-putting to the audience, these are signs of something deeper.
Perhaps it truly is just age-related cognitive decline. The man is in his 80s and has the most stressful job in the world (although he doesn’t work a full schedule, according to his public schedule that his staff releases daily to the press).
Biden’s behavior could be something more, though. Go back to his rude comments to the wounded Marine and his mother. He demanded to know what the soldier wanted, as though the Marine was trying to shake down the commander-in-chief.
During his statements addressing the Covenant School shooting which obviously occurred because of the shooter’s gender identity, Biden didn’t want to address it, since the perpetrator of the crime was a member of a growing Democratic Party constituency and the victims were Christians, with whom the Democrats have been in a political war for decades.
None of this is a good look for the president. There is something very foul occurring with his mind. Either he is demented or corrupt. In both cases, the country suffers. Even Democrats are tacitly acknowledging this reality.
