“I believe the Judiciary Committee will address the nursing home deaths and other issues,” Garber said. “The committee even set up a tip line for other issues regarding the governor.”

Weiss contends that the nursing home misinformation is a more serious charge. He noted that it’s not clear that the sexual harassment allegations constitute criminal offenses so much as civil offenses.

“I don’t like Cuomo. He should be thrown out of office. But it should have been for the nursing home issue and all of the COVID-19 deaths, and the lockdowns that destroyed businesses in what was a great state,” Weiss said.
