Benjamin Armstrong

Benjamin “BJ” Armstrong is an active-duty officer in the U.S. Navy. He holds an MA in military history from Norwich University and is currently a research student in war studies with King's College, London. His book 21st Century Mahan: Sound Military Conclusions for a Modern Era is forthcoming from The Naval Institute Press. These views are his own.
